Step into a dynamic healthcare setting providing essential therapy and audiology services. This contract role focuses on supporting patients within a hospital environment as part of a collaborative Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)/Audiology team.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What You Bring:

  • Doctoral degree in audiology (Au.D.) required
  • Strong clinical skills in audiological diagnostic testing and therapy
  • Experience working in hospital or clinical settings, preferably within ENT departments
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for patient interaction and family education
  • Knowledge of current therapies, assessments, and rehabilitation methods for hearing and speech disorders
  • Detail-oriented approach with accurate record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostics
  • Deliver speech-language therapy and rehabilitation programs according to patient needs
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists and other medical staff to provide integrated patient care
  • Fit and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Develop individualized therapy plans for patients with speech, language, or hearing impairments
  • Educate patients and families on hearing loss, therapy options, and rehabilitation processes
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with facility guidelines
