Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized care plans and implement therapy sessions
- Complete detailed patient documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports
- Educate staff members such as nurses, physicians, and dietary teams on patient care, research findings, and best practices
- Organize and present in-service trainings for hospital staff
- Support patients and their families in navigating care within the hospital environment
- Prepare and maintain clean, welcoming treatment areas
- Make reminder calls to patients regarding appointments
- Liaise with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and service coverage
