Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
  • Potential for weekend or holiday rotation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP), unrestricted and current
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting is essential
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement therapy services for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Educate and support patients and their families on therapy treatments, home exercises, and rehabilitation goals
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
