Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient speech therapy evaluations and treatments, including advanced procedures like video swallows
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Meditech system
- Float between the Belton and Lee’s Summit sites, adapting to the different inpatient environments
- Uphold unit-specific policies and standards of care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Demonstrated inpatient experience in speech therapy required
- Proficient in performing video swallow studies
- Comfortable floating between two hospital locations

Schedule:
- Weekdays with typical hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., variable by caseload
