Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kerman, CA

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients
• Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and swallowing interventions in accordance with hospital protocols

• Educate caregivers and staff regarding therapy goals, techniques, and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements
• Participate in care team conferences and actively contribute to program development initiatives
