Job Type Contract

Make a meaningful impact as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist serving elementary school students from preschool through 5th grade. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work directly within a dedicated school team, providing essential support to children with mild to moderate speech and language needs.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday through Friday during school hours

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY welcome to apply)
  • Experience with IEP development, student evaluations, and standardized testing
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices for a pediatric population
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy settings is highly preferred
  • Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for Wisconsin

Role Expectations:

  • Deliver speech and language services to an assigned caseload of elementary students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and standardized testing
  • Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, drafting and reviewing documentation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with school and legal regulations
