Speech Pathologist in Oak Creek, WI

A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to work on-site with elementary-aged students (preschool through 5th grade) in a supportive school environment. In this contract role, you’ll play a vital part in fostering communication and language skills for students with mild to moderate needs, engaging in meaningful interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule/Hours:

• On-site, school-based schedule aligned with elementary school hours

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC or CFY credential
• Eligibility for or possession of state licensure
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), evaluations, and standardized testing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement IEPs, tailoring interventions to each child’s goals
• Provide direct therapy to students with mild to moderate needs
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment
