Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Orland Park, Illinois

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility is a plus
• Experience with school-based therapy, IEP development, and compliance with state/district policies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy according to students’ needs
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards
