Schedule:

• Day Shift; Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Possibility for call only when no other speech coverage is available (for rare, urgent stroke evaluations)

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of professional experience
• Background in pediatric outpatient therapy
• Inpatient and modified barium swallow experience required
• Licensed as a Speech Therapist in Kentucky
• Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional speech-language therapy services to both pediatric and adult populations
• Conduct detailed swallowing and modified barium swallow evaluations for inpatient cases
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to foster patient progress
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated patient care
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
• Participate in bi-weekly orientations and adapt to fluctuating patient ratios as needed
