  • Prepare effectively for evaluation and treatment sessions to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Liaise with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and ensure smooth access to services.
  • Educate hospital staff—including nurses, physicians, dietitians, and food service workers—on evaluation results, recommendations, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver in-service presentations and educational sessions for staff development.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Support the upkeep and sanitation of treatment areas following sessions.
  • Conduct reminder calls to patients regarding upcoming appointments.
  • Assist patients and families with hospital navigation, fostering a supportive care environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support effective therapy services.

  • Active license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
