Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting school-aged children through therapy and assessment. This contract opportunity provides a full-time, onsite role for the 2026–2027 school year, working alongside educators, support staff, and families to foster positive communication outcomes.

In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ speech and language development
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments using evidence-based practices
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school functions as needed
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs
The ideal candidate brings:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred (recent graduates/CFYs are welcome to apply)
- Strong preference for individuals with or eligible for the Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Clinical experience in pediatric, hospital, or school-based therapy settings, with knowledge of compliance and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
