Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a vibrant educational setting where you’ll support the communication development of children for the 2026–2027 school year. In this dynamic, onsite role, you will work closely with a collaborative team of educators and therapists to empower students to achieve their individual goals.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time
  • Onsite during the 2026–2027 academic year

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Illinois SLP license
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows eligible and encouraged to apply
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility strongly preferred
  • Experience with pediatric, hospital, or school-based caseloads valued

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services tailored to each child’s needs
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary support team
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with state and district protocols
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and caregivers in supporting student progress
