Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered SLP licensure
  • Relevant certifications as required
  • Minimum experience in hospital therapy settings preferred
  • Proficiency with Epic charting
  • Strong adaptability, social skills, and resilience in ever-changing clinical scenarios
  • COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exception honored with regular testing)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to diverse patient populations
  • Accurately document assessments and progress in Epic
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Adapt to floating and varied caseloads as needed within a 340-bed facility
  • Maintain professional standards and adhere to facility protocols
