Qualifications:

• Current and valid SLP license in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in hospital or healthcare settings a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varied patient populations and clinical teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in hospital-based patients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with best practices
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in outcome tracking initiatives
