We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school-based team for the 2026–2027 school year. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students with their fine motor, sensory, functional, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based activities as needed

Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in the state of practice
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
