Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K–12 students in a school-based setting in Ypsilanti. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, self-care, and functional participation in the classroom.

Requirements

• Active Michigan COTA license.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program and applicable certification requirements.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
