Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience providing OT services in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and educational staff
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and reporting
• Adaptable and positive approach to working within diverse school communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student participation in school activities and academics
• Maintain thorough records of student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Provide education and resources for staff and families to support carryover of OT strategies
• Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
