Job Description

Soliant Education is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with students and collaborating with educators and families to help students reach their academic and functional goals.

Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and school staff

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active state OT license or eligibility for licensure
NBCOT certification preferred/required based on state requirements
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational teams
