Skilled Nursing Facility Occupational Therapist - Montesano, Washington

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric/school-based therapy preferred
• Skilled in home health OT practices and healthcare OT interventions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt strategies for diverse learning and physical abilities
• Capacity to work across individual and group settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with a range of physical, sensory, or developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
• Consult with educators and families regarding student needs and progress
• Assist with adaptive equipment recommendations and classroom modifications
• Maintain accurate records and document all services in compliance with regulations
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation
