Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Demonstrated experience in occupational health and school-based therapy settings
• Strong background in evaluation, treatment planning, and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to best practices supporting student success and independence

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support integration of therapeutic strategies into daily classroom routines
• Document treatment progress and contribute to IEP development and meetings
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team discussions to optimize student outcomes
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
