Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist in Everett, WA

Step into an impactful full-time contract position serving young learners as a school-based physical therapist in the Everett, WA area. This essential maternity leave coverage is anticipated from January to April and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ development during a pivotal time in their academic journey.

Ideal candidates bring a broad foundation in therapy delivery, specifically within school environments, ensuring students receive comprehensive, appropriately leveled support across multiple campus sites. As a valued member of the school’s therapy team, you’ll engage closely with educators, support staff, and families to help students achieve their physical goals in the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience delivering services in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in the assessment, planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and compassionately
• Excellent communication and organization skills to coordinate across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, in-person therapy services across 8 nearby campus sites
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 31 students, with a focus on individualized, student-centered goals
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, and track measurable progress
• Collaborate effectively with educational teams and families to support students’ success
• Maintain rigorous, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
