Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current CCC-SLP certification and active state licensure
- Prior experience working in school settings, providing speech and language services to children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Proficiency in case management and IEP documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability as onsite services are reinstated
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including IEPs, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student interventions
- Provide guidance and resources to staff, assisting them with strategies for classroom integration
