Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current CCC-SLP certification and active state licensure
  • Prior experience working in school settings, providing speech and language services to children and adolescents
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams, staff, and families
  • Proficiency in case management and IEP documentation
  • Flexibility and adaptability as onsite services are reinstated

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational goals
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including IEPs, progress notes, and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions regarding student interventions
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff, assisting them with strategies for classroom integration
