Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure/certification as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience delivering speech therapy in school-based settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset to partner with teachers, families, and staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy per students’ IEPs
  • Record and track student progress, maintaining accurate and timely reports
  • Educate families and staff on strategies to support student development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates student growth
