Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Current state SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in the area
  • Experience providing SLP services to children under five, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Demonstrated background in both school-based and teletherapy delivery preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams, parents, and caregivers
  • Comfortable conducting home visits, with reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones and evidence-based strategies

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to children birth to five in both home and preschool settings
  • Assess communication strengths and needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and educators to implement carryover strategies and support individualized goals
  • Utilize teletherapy as appropriate to increase accessibility and continuity of services
  • Participate in IFSP/IEP development, progress meetings, and professional consultations
  • Adjust therapeutic plans based on ongoing assessment and input from families and fellow professionals
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with education and healthcare guidelines
