This position focuses on delivering individualized assessments, therapy, and consulting support primarily for elementary-aged students, with some involvement at the high school level. Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLP license required
- Skilled in assessment, evaluation, and collaboration within school settings
- Experience (or strong interest) in pediatrics and school-based SLP roles, including SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLP-healthcare experience
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of the special education process and procedures, including expertise in IEP development and service delivery
- Exceptional communication skills, fostering effective, positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Flexible mindset, with the ability to foster engagement through lightheartedness and creativity in practice
- Capacity to consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

- Provide services based on IEP requirements, including speech and language assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Work across three school sites, delivering direct and indirect support
- Consult and collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to optimize student achievement
