Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Auburn, Washington

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington State SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred; SLP-CFYs considered)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Broad skillset including assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent collaborative and communication abilities with school staff, parents, and students
• Passion for working onsite—no SLPA or teletherapy/virtual candidates, please

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to students from elementary through middle school ages
• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations, interpreting results and developing individualized goals
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions targeting speech, language, social, and cognitive-communication needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to IEP meetings, and monitor progress toward identified objectives
• Participate in a training day scheduled for early September, ensuring a confident and smooth start to the school year

Schedule & Assignment Information:

• Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week (specific schedule to be determined)
• Assignment begins with a training day in early September and continues through the end of the school year

$2,490 - $2,678/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 38 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
