This in-person position is perfect for a passionate SLP ready to provide exceptional care to elementary and middle school students throughout the academic year.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and families while making a lasting difference in students’ communication and academic success. Training kicks off with a dedicated orientation on September 1st, followed by the main assignment running from September 9th through the conclusion of the school year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, designing, and implementing interventions for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Strong collaborative, communication, and organization skills
- CFY supervision and mentorship opportunities available
- Please note: SLPA and virtual applicants will not be considered for this on-site position
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment for all students
Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule, totaling approximately 37.5 hours per week, with specific hours to be determined.

$2,490 - $2,678/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 38 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
