We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Bedford, Indiana, for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping students build communication skills that support academic achievement and lifelong success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if the district is able to provide supervision.
- School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
