Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification
- Skilled background working with children ages birth through five
- Experience with school and home-based settings, with knowledge of early childhood development
- Ability to deliver therapy via multiple modalities, including teletherapy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Familiarity with documentation requirements within the educational/early intervention system
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy to children from birth to age five in both home and preschool environments
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure continuity of services
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and allied professionals to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with school or agency requirements
- Participate in team meetings and help educate families on strategies to support their child's communication growth
