Skilled Nursing Facility Speech & Language Pathology - Big Lake, MN

Make a positive impact supporting young learners from birth to age five in a contract Speech-Language Pathologist role focused on both home and preschool-based settings. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP certification
• Skilled background working with children ages birth through five
• Experience with school and home-based settings, with knowledge of early childhood development
• Ability to deliver therapy via multiple modalities, including teletherapy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Familiarity with documentation requirements within the educational/early intervention system

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized therapy to children from birth to age five in both home and preschool environments
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure continuity of services
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and allied professionals to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with school or agency requirements
• Participate in team meetings and help educate families on strategies to support their child's communication growth
