Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Big Lake, MN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience with early childhood populations (birth to five)
• Comfortable conducting therapy in both home and school settings, with teletherapy skills preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to create a supportive, engaging atmosphere for young children and their families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals for children ages birth to five
• Deliver evidence-based intervention in homes and preschool environments
• Provide teletherapy services as appropriate
• Document progress, maintain compliance with requirements, and complete timely reports
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and related service providers
• Participate in IFSP/IEP meetings and assist families in understanding and engaging in the intervention process
