Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold or be eligible for CCC-SLP or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience providing therapy in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (teachers, specialists, families)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in accordance with IEPs
  • Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
