Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, although strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress reports, and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for students’ communication needs
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students with speech and language challenges
