  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in teletherapy, as well as in-person therapy settings
  • Background in providing services within school or early childhood intervention programs
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel locally for home visits as needed
  • Dedication to compassionate, personalized care for children and their families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to children from birth to age five
  • Utilize a combination of teletherapy and in-person sessions, conducting some visits within the family's home and others at preschool settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports tailored to each child’s needs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Adapt strategies to engage and motivate young children in various environments
  • Confirm and coordinate weekly service hours based on caseload requirements
