Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based settings
• Comfort with diverse caseloads, including students with a variety of communication needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEP requirements
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Track student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and caregivers to support generalization of skills
• Remain aligned with evidence-based practices and district/state guidelines for school-based SLP services
• Participate in ongoing staff development and support efforts to promote students’ success
