Key Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CFY welcome)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations strongly preferred
- Ability to deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy in a school or similar setting
- Strong collaboration skills to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite in an in-person capacity for the full academic year
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and professional development as required
- Foster an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for diverse student needs
