Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CFY welcome)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations strongly preferred
  • Ability to deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy in a school or similar setting
  • Strong collaboration skills to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational teams
  • Comfortable working exclusively onsite in an in-person capacity for the full academic year

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and professional development as required
  • Foster an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for diverse student needs
