Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous experience providing therapy to school-aged children is a plus
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with educators and families
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress and required documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights to help guide educational planning
  • Offer consultative support to teachers and staff for classroom integration strategies
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education to enhance professional growth
