Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support positive outcomes
  • Maintain clear documentation of progress and communicate results effectively
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
