Qualifications & Experience:
- Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience with school-aged children and diverse caseloads
- Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, evaluations, and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Driven, flexible, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Adapt and develop communication strategies and materials tailored to each student’s needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure measurable improvement
- Serve as a resource to staff and caregivers on strategies, tools, and accommodations
