Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Experience with school-aged children and diverse caseloads
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, evaluations, and therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Driven, flexible, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
  • Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
  • Adapt and develop communication strategies and materials tailored to each student’s needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to ensure measurable improvement
  • Serve as a resource to staff and caregivers on strategies, tools, and accommodations
