Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support positive outcomes
- Maintain clear documentation of progress and communicate results effectively
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
