Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license and/or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working in pediatrics and/or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with speech/language impairments
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing guidance and expertise for student planning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student growth and confidence
