Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Daly City, California

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP license (or eligible by start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellows welcome
• Experience with early childhood/preschool caseloads
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric speech-language disorders
• Skilled in school-based therapy practices and IEP development
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to provide high-quality bilingual services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to preschool-aged students
• Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop therapeutic materials and activities tailored to bilingual learners
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school standards
• Foster an inclusive, supportive therapy space that encourages growth and progress
