Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active or eligibility for Florida SLP license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Skilled in therapy techniques for school-based settings
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
