This position offers immediate placement in a highly supportive environment, working primarily with elementary students across two school sites. Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility, with CCC or CFY status accepted
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering student growth and engagement
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Deliver both pull-out and push-in therapy services, adapting intervention approaches as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
