This position offers immediate placement in a highly supportive environment, working primarily with elementary students across two school sites. Key qualifications and desired experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility, with CCC or CFY status accepted
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and engagement

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
  • Deliver both pull-out and push-in therapy services, adapting intervention approaches as needed
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
