Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP-CCC certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting
• Proficiency in therapy for pediatric populations (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for a diverse student body
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Deliver both push-in and pull-out therapy models based on student needs
• Engage in regular communication with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to maximize student potential
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as appropriate
