Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure as required for practice
  • Proficiency in providing teletherapy services for children
  • Strong clinical skills working with birth-to-5 populations, including developmental assessments and therapy planning
  • Experience conducting both home visits and school-based or preschool services
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and educational professionals
  • Reliable organizational abilities and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages birth to five
  • Provide direct, individualized therapy in both home and classroom environments
  • Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms when appropriate to maximize service delivery
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to promote language development and carryover of skills
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and participation
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for early childhood speech and language needs within the community
