Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure as required for practice
- Proficiency in providing teletherapy services for children
- Strong clinical skills working with birth-to-5 populations, including developmental assessments and therapy planning
- Experience conducting both home visits and school-based or preschool services
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and educational professionals
- Reliable organizational abilities and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages birth to five
- Provide direct, individualized therapy in both home and classroom environments
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
- Utilize teletherapy platforms when appropriate to maximize service delivery
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to promote language development and carryover of skills
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and participation
- Serve as a resource and advocate for early childhood speech and language needs within the community
