Candidate Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license valid in the state of California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA.
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Comfortable with assessment tools and progress documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication difficulties.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insight and guidance.
