Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and valid SLP license for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering therapy services in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans for students with varying abilities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding communication strategies
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
