Work within a supportive team, focusing on students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. Your expertise will aid children in achieving functional and academic success, while you collaborate closely with educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for the state (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatric, and especially school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for evidence-based therapy tailored to young learners
  • Please note: Not open to SLPA candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes as required by the school
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support classroom integration
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing speech and language goals
  • Adhere to the school’s schedule: 7:45am-4:30pm, totaling 38.75 hours per week (7.75 hour workdays with a duty-free 30-minute lunch, unpaid holidays)
