Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist in Graysville, TN

We're seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist holding a valid Tennessee license (SLP or CFY), ready to start as soon as possible for a part-time contract position lasting the full school year. Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility); SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed
• Pediatric, school-based, and/or healthcare SLP experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, and intervention with children ages 3–21
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Committed to cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and individualized student success
• Please note: SLPAs will not be considered for this role

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to a diverse student caseload
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide both individual and small-group interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families on student progress and strategies for generalization
• Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer consultation and support to staff regarding communication strategies in the classroom
