Key Qualifications:
- Current TN SLP licensure required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy in school, pediatric, or healthcare environments
- Strong skills in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Adaptable to working across elementary and middle school populations
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Openness to in-person or VOCO (virtual/online) delivery models
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals, adapting interventions to each student’s strengths
- Collaborate closely with educational teams and communicate student progress to staff and families
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with professional and district standards
- Participate in meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain positive relationships with teachers and administrators across both school sites
