Key Qualifications:

• Current TN SLP licensure required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy in school, pediatric, or healthcare environments
• Strong skills in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Adaptable to working across elementary and middle school populations
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
• Openness to in-person or VOCO (virtual/online) delivery models

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals, adapting interventions to each student’s strengths
• Collaborate closely with educational teams and communicate student progress to staff and families
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with professional and district standards
• Participate in meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
