Qualifications:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school environments
- Comprehensive understanding of therapy practices for various speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to effectively develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary and/or secondary students
- Conduct assessments for new and continuing students, reporting findings thoughtfully
- Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
- Participate in ESY-related meetings and contribute to a positive school experience
