Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Understanding of current best practices in therapy for school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
• Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop personalized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
