What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs and IEPs
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to foster communication skills
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide timely updates to staff and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a consistent approach
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your professional insights to team decisions
  • Stay informed about best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications We Value:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP position is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
