Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Proficient with IEP documentation and case management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable providing services onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language intervention in person
- Document progress, maintain records, and update IEPs as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to set and meet student goals
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students within the school environment
