Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid SLP - CCC certification
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Strong background in school-based or pediatric SLP services
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Adaptable, patient, and dedicated to progress in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP requirements
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Regularly collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support individual student goals
• Develop and update treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and staff development as needed
