You’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to help maximize student success and communication skills in the classroom setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current SLP license (Montana or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform onsite work and engage directly with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups, following established IEP goals and best practices
  • Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports to support students’ academic progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school personnel to develop tailored treatment plans
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
