Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP license (Montana or eligible for reciprocity)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience providing therapy in a school setting is highly desirable
- Team-oriented approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform onsite work and engage directly with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups, following established IEP goals and best practices
- Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports to support students’ academic progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school personnel to develop tailored treatment plans
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
