Speech Language Pathologist (26/27 School Year)

We are seeking an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in the Milford area! This full-time opportunity offers a manageable early childhood caseload and the chance to make a meaningful impact during critical developmental years in a supportive school setting.

Position Overview

• Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist
• Full-time: 35–37.5 hours per week
• 2026–2027 school year assignment
• Caseload: Approximately 40–50 students
• Student population primarily ages 3–5
• Location: Milford

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
• Support early childhood communication and developmental goals

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with early childhood populations
