Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Proven skills in therapy within pediatric or school environments
- Background in healthcare-related SLP work is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering services in person for the duration of the school year
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes aligned with school documentation standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Provide support and resources for both students and staff regarding communication strategies
