Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Modesto, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Proven skills in therapy within pediatric or school environments
• Background in healthcare-related SLP work is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering services in person for the duration of the school year

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, staff, and parents
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes aligned with school documentation standards
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Provide support and resources for both students and staff regarding communication strategies
